Seaweed Kelp Knot Dangle Earrings

Wondrously tactile, sculptural and full of movement, ribbon-like fronds captured as they were woven into shape, in the ebb and flow of the tide.

Sea kelp....Its emerald fronds, waving rhythmically, create an ethereal underwater dance. This aquatic tapestry, both strong and delicate, thrives in the ocean's depths, symbolising the harmony and strength of marine life.

Collected on a wild and windy day in January, the weed was cast high up above the high water line. We preserved and molded the seaweed we collected, capturing the most incredible three dimensional detail and texture, creating a wonderfully tactile, natural and contemporary design.

A truly gorgeous pair of earrings, sure to become a firm favourite or would make a wonderful gift for someone special.

• The earrings are entirely crafted in Solid Sterling Silver.
• The seaweed drops are are approx 52mm (2.1 inches in length) and the overall drop of the earrings including earwire is approx. 66mm (2.6 inches).
